Thank you to the staff who welcomed me 10 minutes before closing on this Friday evening while they were already in the process of closing. It was excellent and the service was perfect.

After we had walked 20,000 steps because we had been to the Louvre and then cycled to Montmartre on a Lime bike, we strolled back towards our hotel near the Seine and discovered this amazing place. We could watch at the bar how the incredibly friendly chef prepared our pulled pork and pastrami sandwiches with great attention and passion. Inspired by the American BBQ culture where the meat is really slow-cooked and smoked. What a delicious lunch this was. We insisted four times on expansion towards the Netherlands 🇳🇱. It is really the combination of the quality of the food combined with the genuine friendliness and service orientation of the chef that made this an unforgettable experience for us.

Excellent! I highly recommend it, we really enjoyed ourselves. We tried 3 sandwiches, all equally delicious, probably the best we've ever had! On top of that, the server was super kind and gave great advice. We received a very warm welcome, which makes you want to try the restaurant and come back. Thank you very much.

What a delicious experience! We had Charisu belly and Golden beef. Every single component was tasty and meat was perfect 👌 Excellent and fast service and they even gave as a sample of pistachio/white chocolate cookie which wasn't even on the menu yet - just so we can give them the honest opinion of a cookie so they can perfect it before putting it on a menu. And it was one of the best cookies we had! We would absolutely recommend this place and will definitely check out their restaurants for the briskets 🤤🤤

What a pleasure to have been able to rediscover the taste of US barbecues in Paris! The meat is excellent and so is the service! A little extra for the waitress who is very kind and attentive. 10/10 would do it again.

Super burger! Honestly delicious, I always get the golden beef and it's just excellent! The price is 15€, but honestly it's worth it and the staff is very friendly!
