I ended up at this place unexpectedly and decided to try their special offer - a pork belly sandwich. When it arrived, I honestly didn't have very high expectations based on how it looked. But the flavor completely surprised me. The pork belly was incredibly tender with a perfect smoky taste, and the dill sauce was absolutely amazing. Pretty sure it was my first time trying this combination, and it was a really pleasant surprise. Definitely something memorable.

The staff at Melt Deli Châtelet was energetic, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They genuinely made me feel at home. Chef Juned prepared an AMAZING pulled pork sandwich fresh on the spot. Very professional and communicative when it came to my order. You can tell he truly understands great food by the care and attention he puts into preparing it. Affordable, quick, and absolutely worth it. You cannot miss out on this meal if you’re in Paris. Loved the staff and the entire atmosphere. Highly recommend wholeheartedly!

Great discovery and very warm welcome from Mewenn (and her team) despite the late hour. The chicken meat was excellent and tender with lots of flavor, a light bread, and fresh products. The baby potatoes are a plus because I'm tired of the pale fries from other restaurants/fast food places... the cookies were also very much appreciated :))! I will gladly come back and so will my mother when she comes to Paris (you have to open MELT DELI in Brittany!!!).
