MELT Batignolles is about a 5–10 minute walk from the nearest metro station. We arrived without a booking and waited less than five minutes to be seated. The food was excellent — perfectly cooked, with the brisket falling apart under the fork and tasting incredible. The ribs were tender and the meat came off effortlessly.The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth a visit.

One of the most wonderful dining experiences I’ve ever had! ❤️ I had never tried smoked roasted chicken before, and it was absolutely incredible. The chicken was so tender and juicy that it literally melted in my mouth. Everything was delicious, and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!5*

During a somewhat long stay in Paris, we went back twice… lovely food with great side dishes; friendly and courteous service - specially the young manager! She was on top of her shop the times we visited; please open a MELT in Madrid!

Delicious BBQ and very friendly staff! I'd recommend the Brisket, Maple Bacon, Beef Cheeks and Mushrooms but everything was amazing! Casual restaurant and top notch quality. Don't miss this one!
