First experience at Melt, I had heard a lot about it and I am very happy to have gone. The meat was delicious and lived up to what I had heard. The staff is very polite and friendly, and the restaurant was not too noisy for a Sunday evening.

Without a doubt, some of the best authentic Texas BBQ you can find in Paris. The meat is absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and cooked to perfection. Spontaneously visited, the night before the place was very full, thought there must be a reason. Very delicious food, great meat. We were all satisfied, also with the side dishes. Awesome barbecue sauce. Nice service and good prices.
