Outstanding experience at Melt! The meat was succulent and melt-in-your-mouth tender â exactly what youâd hope for. Friendly service, great vibe. Will definitely be back next time weâre in Paris.

Food was really great. Brisket and smoked chucked was so soft and tender. Thai hot wings has very nice spice on it and it's not over powering. Smash potato is also good with the sauce taste good as well. All in all, I recommend to try it out as I will be coming back for it again.

Most authentic tasting brisket I've had in Europe. Just needs to add southern style sweet tea to the drink menu and it would be perfect.
