Although, we ve read amazing reviews of this place , we were a little disappointed. Although the pulled pork and the pork belly we ate were tasteful, they weren't something extraordinary. Also the portions were a little small . If you are two people, you should definitely order more than two portions if you are hungry. Overall, a good choice

I ate very well at this restaurant; everything was good and the meat was tender. However, I was very frustrated and disappointed not to be able to taste the beef cheek, which was already sold out by 8:30 PM.

Really very good. Small place but very cozy. It was worth waiting 30 minutes outside in line to get in because they don't accept reservations. Friendly and very kind staff, some even speak English if you don't speak French like me. Very good prices. Well-deserved 5 stars.

I went there last night with a friend and it was the first time we experienced MELT, and wow... it definitely won't be the last. We were a bit apprehensive about the wait because there was still a line (we arrived around 9/9:30 PM), but in the end, it was quick, luckily. The staff is more than adorable and made the dinner even more enjoyable. We will definitely come back.

A very nice discovery for lovers of genuine Texan BBQ! The beginning was a bit complicated (waiting and organization could be improved), but once seated at the table, the experience completely changed. The staff became extremely attentive, smiling, and available, which immediately puts one at ease. On the culinary side, it's flawless: the meats are incredibly tender, juicy, and perfectly smoked. You can feel the true expertise of Texan barbecue, with long and mastered cooking times. Each bite is rich in flavor without being overwhelming. The side dishes are generous and well-prepared, perfect to balance the richness of the meats. The portions are plentiful, the presentation is neat, and the quality of the products is immediately noticeable. In the end, despite a somewhat hesitant start, the meal was a pure moment of pleasure. We leave full, satisfied, and with only one desire: to come back… and even hope that they open a restaurant someday in the Southwest, as it would be a huge success! Thanks again for this moment!!
