It's been months since I discovered their restaurant through YouTube. I am satisfied! We all tasted it! The team is great, super welcoming. Reasonable prices! I recommend it.

Coming for the first time, the menu was very good. The meat is excellent, as are the side dishes, especially the ranch sauce. The service and staff are very kind and very helpful. The cookies we took home were excellent too. Planning to come back very soon.

Quite pleased with the quality of the brisket, cornbread, and charro beans! Everyone was friendly and it's worth the trip for any Texan who craves a taste of home while traveling in Paris.

Some of the best BBQ I've had. Too bad I had to travel from California to Paris to get food this good. Well done pit master, the brisket was tender and juicy with a wonderful smoke ring. We loves that the locals ate here. We appreciated the staff were welcoming. It feels like a neighborhood favorite and we would happily return.
