Everything is excellent, the side dishes as well as the meats perfectly seasoned. The pulled pork blew me away 😍

The food, very good, the cooking, of course, is impeccable, the side dishes are also good. The concept is that you can't reserve a table, which can be a bit frustrating sometimes. Since we weren't at full capacity, we had to wait three quarters of an hour outside.

Evening with friends, there were about ten of us. We ordered 2 large platters with sides and dessert, and that was quite enough. There was a variety of meats including pork, beef, and chicken with sides that were more or less spicy. A small drawback was the table space which didn't allow us to place everything at once, so we had to juggle constantly: for a sharing evening, this might be nice because it forces you to talk to people to get food, but for a quiet evening it can be tiring. At the same time, that's not really the concept of the place 😉 The team is very kind, caring, and efficient as there are many people to serve. A real experience to have in bistro style among friends who love meats with a bit of fat that brings that melt-in-the-mouth texture we all enjoy so much.

Best brisket in paris. Service and atmosphere are top notch, Batignolles is such a nice part of Paris to visit. Go there and you wont be disappointed!

Very good, the quality/quantity of the chain has decreased a little over the years but remains very good, the meat is very tender and the sauce is great!

Smiling welcome which is very pleasant. Very good meat, cooked in a smoked BBQ style, it is tender and can be cut with a fork. A good choice of side dishes. The whiskey and pickle juice shot is surprising. Nice lively atmosphere. Efficient service.
