Big lover of american BBQ . Visited Paris 3 times in Last 8 months and i eat at MELT 7 times in all their locations . I miss Pantheon that i ve tested with my family . Brisket was Amazing , ribs and pulled pork too. I must Place for me.

A very pleasant lunch at Melt Panthéon. Perfect welcome, service, and meal. Brisket, beef cheek, and pulled pork accompanied by smashed potatoes delighted us. Carrot cake and cookie also very good. Thanks to Inès, Lou, and Soraya.

Discovery tonight of the restaurant, great welcome, smiling and very professional. The restaurant is awesome, the decor is appropriate. Everything is well explained and we enjoy it, special mention for the pastrami sandwich even though everything is good :)) The cookie is to die for. Go there without hesitation especially if you are from the neighborhood, it's a must-try!
