This place blew my mind. Coming from St. Louis and being a self-proclaimed bbq connoisseur, I’ve had bbq all over the country and world. This place is incredible. The brisket was perfection and melted in my mouth. The cornbread was the perfect sweetness.

The taco is very good with the little juice, it goes down very well. The brisket for me I found it salty. The atmosphere I expected better. In the end, it's pretty good.

Everything was absolutely perfect at MELT Cambronne. The flavors were right on point, the meat super tender and really delicious, with excellent value for money, it literally blew me away. You can feel that there is a lot of expertise and care in every plate. I recommend this place without hesitation and I will gladly come back.

If you like Barbecue or Soul food you won’t regret visiting the place. It cost a bit more than average for the food but the quality of their meat and preparation rivals the American ones. The behaviour of the staff were nice and helpful despite overwhelming numbers of the clients. The only cons of the place are the relatively high waiting time to get in and the ran out options on their menu.
