If you love great meat, you need to try this place. Everything we ordered was spot on, perfectly cooked and full of flavour. The vibe is relaxed and welcoming, and the staff make you feel right at home. There can be a bit of a wait, but it is totally worth it!

When my daughter took us to this place and we saw the line, as two older parents we weren’t exactly thrilled about it. Waiting outside in the cold wasn’t really our ideal plan. However, the moment you step into the line, a girl from the staff comes out to speak with you and reassures you that everything will move quickly and that she’ll do her best to seat you as soon as possible. In two weeks traveling around Paris, we hadn’t seen a staff this kind and welcoming. We can be complicated customers, and when they tell you that you need to order at the counter (which isn’t something you necessarily expect) you later understand that it’s because they want to explain everything in detail and help you choose what to order with natural patience. The food… SPEECHLESS. Absolutely incredible. Thank you, Melt, for giving us such a wonderful family experience, for the patience of all the girls, and for smiling even in those moments when we, as customers, know we can be a bit difficult. There’s truly no other place like this in Paris.

First time in my life waiting in line at a restaurant to eat. I was honestly a bit skeptical, thinking it might just be TikTok hype. But from the second you join the line, someone comes out to explain how everything works and gives you an estimated waiting time (which ends up being ridiculously shorter than you expect). Once you get inside, you’re greeted by probably the most smiling person in Paris. They explain everything, give great advice, encourage you to try things… and then this massive plate arrives and you start wondering if you’re dreaming. The service from the moment you step into the line until the complimentary shot at the end without even mentioning the madness of those meats, made Melt my best restaurant experience. Trust the process! The line moves fast, and ordering at the counter is a thousand times better than awkwardly filling out a paper at your table like a fool. Thanks to all the super kind girls. I am a regular customer and honestly, I had never taken the time to leave a comment anywhere. Today, one of the girls asked me if I had ever done it and I promised to leave a review, so here it is. Melt is the restaurant where I come to dine at least once a week for years, and I have really seen them go from quiet Saturdays to a queue to eat. Not great but the girls always treat me like a VIP and that's why I keep coming back again and again. Jessica marry me. You are the soul of this place and I love you.

Melt Paris! An address worth the detour 🥩 Warm welcome right from the entrance, quick and efficient service, you immediately feel at ease. The meat is excellent, the atmosphere pleasant, in short, everything is there. They explain the menu very kindly to help you make your choice... But what really struck me was this little human detail at the end of the meal: noticing their personalized items and gadgets including pretty bottles, I simply asked about them, and one of the managers gave me one with a big smile and sincere generosity. This kind of gesture can't be bought. That's Melt: an address with a soul. This warm, family-like, almost affectionate side is what makes all the difference. I highly recommend it, whether alone or with friends. A must-visit without hesitation! 😊

Service here is genuinely warm and unhurried, with staff who take the time to guide you through the menu. The food is excellent throughout, but the cornbread is the standout!

A perfect kitchen! Honestly, it's the best restaurant I've eaten at in Paris this year. The prices are reasonable and the setting is very pleasant. Every meat was absolutely delicious.
