The dishes are good, there is a variety to choose from, but if you want to eat the hot meats, you have to eat quickly. The seats are small.

what a lovely, rustic spot! you can definitely tell they took great care to pay homage to the inspiration for the brand: true texan BBQ (the map of texas that hangs on one of the walls was a nice touch) the food was great! honestly id say you have to experience it yourself. the brisket literally melted in my mouth and the ribs were tender. the sauce also elevated the taste of the dish. i got to the restaurant about 30 minutes before opening and was promptly seated upon opening. there are more group dining than solo seats but that makes sense as in my almost 2 hours there, we were just 2 solo guests the payment process is also seamless. you can literally pay from your seat. i would say that adding the menu to the payment portal would be a great idea for even more seamlessness this was a lovely experience. i will be back

Simply incredible! The meat is a dream, the side dishes are wonderful! I think I've rarely eaten so well! The service is top-notch! First class! Always happy to come back. Just for this, a visit to Paris is worth it! Thank you!!!!

A whole gastronomic experience to try different types of meat. Quality meat, very flavorful and extremely tender, spectacular. The service was super friendly and attentive at all times. They don't take reservations, but the line usually moves quite quickly, I guess it depends on the day. We went on a Monday around 8pm and had to wait 30 minutes.

Restaurant specializing in meat. And what an extraordinary taste!! Super friendly place but a bit noisy. You order your meat first, then the side dish and drink when you arrive at the entrance... at the counter... a bit confusing for a first-timer. It's a pity you can't pay after the meal, at least once finished eating, you could just leave directly. As for the price, it's not fast food!! So quality has a price (meat alone around 15-20€ / side dish 5-7€ + drink... and possibly a dessert!). The portions are generous. I recommend this restaurant and I will go back!!

The brisket beef and the double black Angus burger are very tasty, but the bun looked 'cheap'. It's worth visiting.
