Wow... hard to imagine finding an American BBQ restaurant right in the heart of Paris. We really enjoyed ourselves, the meats are juicy and full of flavor. Special mention for the Magical Mushrooms side dish which is just incredible. The service is nice, efficient, and well organized. Honest prices with a wide menu selection!

This is one of my new favorite restaurants. Everything is delicious. You can tell that the kitchen masters its recipes, the ingredients are well chosen, the menu offers plenty of different options for more or less varied budgets. The staff at the checkout is great too. Welcoming and ready to give advice. I can only recommend it (especially the brisket).

The best meat that i have ever eaten! The service is also nice, the only thing that disturbed is that it is very crowded and it is not so comfortable. To avoid waiting too long go a bit early otherwise you’ll have to wait a long time.

WOW! I saw this on my Instagram in Canada and we had to come! The brisket YUM especially with the BBQ dipping sauce. The smoked chicken, delicious. The mushrooms are a must. The layer of wine pairs perfectly. Spare ribs also great. No resos for less than 6. We arrived at 7:30 and were in the door by 7:50. This is a well oiled machine. The staff is incredible and work very hard. Make sure to tip. I came all the way from Canada (Alberta) to have Texas BBQ and took a 20€ uber (could have easily trained for 2.50€) from the Louvre area but my BF was lazy and NFL was on lol. We enjoyed INCREDIBLE BBQ while watching Sunday night football on our cell in Paris! It just doesn’t get better than that. Come check this place out. You will NOT be disappointed!

Very good and tasty smoked meat with variety of options, side dishes are also very good. Expect a very long waiting time, we came on 20:00 and waited a bit more than one hour

Delicious bbq. So good, we went back. The cuts and sides were delicious. Favorites were the bacon, beef cheeks, cornbread, mushrooms, smashed potatoes. Will definitely come back again
